Technical safety measures for earthwork construction

1. Before work, the location and direction of bright and dark obstacles (such as wires, underground cables, pipelines, tunnels, etc.) in the construction site should be found out to ensure that cobalt accounts for 60% of the waste hand motor pool in the safe operation of machinery. 5. Before the machine moves, it must be confirmed that there are no people or obstacles in front of the machine, and the machine can be moved only after sending a signal (honking the horn). When the driver leaves the post during work, the machine must be reliably braked, the working device must be put down, and the weir must be set in front of and behind the machine when necessary

6. The operation of all parts of the machine and the conditions of instruments and indicating signals should be monitored at any time. In case of abnormalities (such as strong vibration, abnormal noise, abnormal odor, leakage, sudden pressure change, etc.), the machine should be shut down immediately for inspection, and if the situation is unclear, it should be reported to the relevant superior departments in time

7. When the machine is not stopped, it should not contact the rotating parts and carry out maintenance and repair. When repairing, welding and riveting the steel structure of the working device, it must be lowered to the lowest position and padded with skids at the appropriate position

8. When taking soil near the pole, pay attention to pull the outstanding line of Jinan assay service, and reinforce the ridge and the surrounding of the pole. For the stay wire that cannot be cancelled, when the load acts preferentially along the fiber direction, the ridge and the pole body should be reserved with a soil platform (the radius of the soil platform: the pole is 1 ~ 1.5m, and the stay wire is 1.5 ~ 2m), and the slope should be determined according to the soil condition

9. When the machine operates or passes under the high-voltage line, the distance between the highest point of the machine body and the wire shall not be less than that specified in Table 11. Otherwise, the machine can only work after the power is temporarily cut off or the protective wire frame is installed by the line management department

10. The subgrade filling at the top of the culvert must be manually tamped and filled with covering soil 1m high and 1.5 times the culvert diameter before continuing to fill with machinery. During backfilling, both sides of the culvert must be filled evenly to prevent damage caused by compression on one side of the culvert

11. When the machinery passes through the bridge, the low gear should be used to drive slowly. It is forbidden to use steering or braking on ① the bridge deck that can be made into various shapes. For bridges with insufficient bearing capacity, reinforcement measures should be taken first

12. Stop work immediately in case of the following conditions during construction, and continue the construction only after the safe operation conditions are restored:

(1) when the soil in the filling and excavation area is unstable and there is a risk of collapse

(2) sudden change of climate, rainstorm, thunderstorm, sudden rise of water level and flash flood

(3). When blasting signal is sent out in the blasting warning area

(4). When there is traffic jam or serious interference in the workplace

(5). When the ground gushes water and mud, and the car sinks or the ramp slides due to rain

(6). When the construction signs are lost and the protective facilities are damaged and invalid

(7). The clearance of the working face is not enough to ensure safe operation and operation

13. Wheeled machinery should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department when driving on highways or urban roads

14. The bottom cleaning, leveling, slope repair and other personnel who cooperate with the mechanical operation should work outside the turning radius of the machinery. If they must work within the turning radius, they must stop the mechanical rotation and brake well before operation. The personnel on and off the aircraft should be in close contact at any time to ensure safe production

15. During construction in rainy season, the machinery should be parked on a high solid ground after the completion of operation

16. When excavating the subgrade foundation pit, if there is no groundwater at the bottom of the pit, the depth of the pit is within 5m, and the slope gradient meets the specified proportion, no support can be added

17. When parking, do not park on the ramp. If it is necessary to stop, put down the bucket, blade and other working mechanisms, confirm that the braking is reliable, and hit a weir in front of and behind the machine
