India continues to impose five-year anti-dumping duties on PVC paste resins made in China

recently, the Central Committee of excise duty and customs of India announced that it would accept the positive and final findings of the sunset review of anti-dumping made by the Ministry of Commerce and industry of India on April 26, 2016 on PVC paste resins originating from or imported from South Korea, Taiwan, China, Malaysia with a more scientific linear temperature rise and fall rate (average speed per 5 minutes), Thailand, Russia and the European Union, Continue to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved for a period of five years. The anti-dumping duty rate of the products involved in the case in China is 88 metric tons/US dollars, that in South Korea is 0 ~ 379 metric tons/US dollars, that in Malaysia is 214 metric tons/US dollars, that in Taiwan is 101 metric tons/US dollars, that in Thailand is 111 metric tons/US dollars, and that in the European Union is 298 metric tons/US dollars

on March 31, 2009, India launched an anti-dumping sunset review investigation on PVC paste/Lotion resin originating from or imported from the European Union. In November, 2009, India filed an anti-dumping investigation on PVC paste trees originating in China, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand and Russia, which can naturally degrade fat within one month under normal circumstances. India made positive and final decisions on the above two cases on April 26, 2010 and may 2, 2011 respectively. India officially began to impose anti-dumping duties on the products of the above-mentioned countries on June 25, 2010 and July 26, 2011, respectively. On April 27, 2015, the Ministry of Commerce and industry of India conducted a combined sunset review of anti-dumping on the products exported or originated by the countries involved in the above two cases. The products involved were products under the tariff No. 3904 of Indian customs. On June 1st, 2015, India extended the above tax order to June 24th, 2016 and July 25th, 2016 respectively
